Participants in the recent “Teen Talk” program held in observance of February as “National Teen Dating Violence Prevention and Awareness Month” release balloon at the conclusion of the program held at the Empowering the Community for Excellence Center. The program was hosted by local nonprofit Shattered But Not Broken along with community partners the Crowley Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and ETCFE.
