Officers with the Crowley Police Department responded to a domestic situation which resulted in a shooting that left one injured.
One death was reported in a plane crash Friday morning near Kaplan.
According to Vermilion Parish Sheriff Mike Couvillon, the crash occurred off of Rosewood Road, west of Kaplan.
