Parkerson, was awarded first place in the 80th International Rice Festival Front Door Decorating Contest for its creative wreath and swag, complete with pitcher of beer made with rice (inset). IRF Front Door Decorating Contest results announced

This year, the Crowley Garden Club, in conjunction with the International Rice Festival Association, brought back the IRF Front Door Decorating Contest for the 80th International Rice Festival.
