Joan Steinmann Cox, 85, of Crowley, passed away on Monday, March 20, 2017, at Lafayette General Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Joan was born on Sept. 21, 1931, in Weimar, Texas.
A Mass of Christian burial for Sonia Lynn Duclion, 22, of Morse will be held at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Mermentau on Friday, March 24, at 10 a.m.
A Memorial Mass will be conducted for Mrs. Benjamin “Ben” M. Potier Sr., the former Delores Jean LaCasse, age 73, at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 25, at St. Joseph Church with Fr.
Funeral services will be held Friday, March 24, at 10 a.m. at First Baptist Church for Diane Abshire Maynard, 68, who died Tuesday, March 21, 2017, at 5:15 a.m. in Rayne.
Charles “Charlie” Russell Frugé was born in Mermentau on May 31, 1935, to John Pierre Frugé and Leless “Kay” Seaux Frugé. He was called to his Heavenly Father on March 19, 2017.
