KAPLAN - Harry Lee Broussard, better known as Paw, was born on Dec. 10, 1929, in Kaplan, the eldest of seven siblings.
Richard Scott Baldwin, 74, known to all as Scott, was born April 5, 1950, in Chicago, Illinois. He passed away peacefully in his sleep on Sept. 26, 2024, at Southwind Nursing Home in Crowley.
