Dr. Denise Underwood received her Doctor of Education degree from Capella University, graduating with a 4.0 GPA.
During pageants held over the weekend at the Rayne Civic Center, the new 2024-2025 Frog Festival royalty were selected to represent the City of Rayne and the Rayne Frog Festival for the coming year.
