The Crowley Police Department responded to a report of shots fired in the location of the corner of West Seventh Street and Spann Avenue just before noon on Tuesday.
Governor John Bel Edwards' announced today that he will be extending Louisiana's stay in Phase 2 for another two weeks until Friday, August 7.
An arrest has been made in the Tuesday night shooting death of a Crowley man.
Local police were called Tuesday night to the third shooting in four days here. This one, however, resulted in a death.
UPDATE: CROWLEY - Police here continue to investigate an apparent shoot-out Friday afternoon that left one man injured.
That was the second shooting in Crowley in less than 24 hours.
